Liz has been conducting management evaluations, performance audits, research and analysis, and administering programs for over seventeen years. Her professional work has been dedicated to conducting sound, objective research and analysis to strengthen public programs and inform public policy.
Liz’s evaluation experience spans numerous disciplines at the state and local level. Her research and recommendations have led to the improved management and performance in the fields of public safety, health care, law enforcement, information technology governance, and adult corrections. Liz is a skilled project manager, having led numerous complex performance audits and management studies, and she is recognized for her integrity and ability to communicate with all levels of public officials.
Liz’s work has been recognized and published in several professional publications, and she is a long time member of the American Society for Public Administration. Liz received her Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
