Faith Trimble, President

I'm proud of the work we do here at FLT. Our staff is passionate, dependable, and most importantly, fun to work with.  Clients like that we do what we say we are going to do, that we don’t shy away from the tough issues, and we have outstanding performance no matter how small or big the project.

Faith has been providing professional services to state agencies, cities and counties, transit authorities, Native American tribes, and non-profits since 1992. Her background is rooted in project management, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, citizen engagement, and all facets of policy research and analysis as it relates to fiscal and social issues.

She founded FLT Consulting as an outgrowth of her work at the Association of Washington Cities, and as the founder of a non-profit to engage citizens with their government.  Faith believes that strategic direction, measured actions, honest communication, and information sharing leads to quality public service.

In addition to her work with FLT Consulting, Faith is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA, where she teaches in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program.

Outside of the office, Faith likes to garden, hike and travel. Faith lives with her family in Olympia, WA.
