FLT Consulting has been in business since 2000, and is owned and operated by Faith Trimble, a native of Washington state.

Based in Olympia, Washington, the company is licensed to operate in Washington, Oregon, and California as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Over the last 8 years, FLT and its partners have managed over 50 contracts with a wide variety of organizations.

Research

H. Stuart Elway, founder of Elway Research, has designed and conducted research and community projects for hundreds of clients from major corporations to government agencies to local volunteer organizations. He employs methods including phone and mail surveys, focus groups, electronic town meetings and interactive polling sessions.

Cheryl Simrell King is director of the Masters in Public Administration program at The Evergreen State College. Her degrees include B.A., Psychology/Sociology, University of Texas, 1981; M.A., Experimental/Testing Psychology, University of Colorado, 1987; and Ph.D., Public Administration, University of Colorado, 1992. Cheryl's current teaching, research and consulting interests include democratic governance, alternatives for public and nonprofit management, government performance, community development, and tribal community/economic development.

Marketing Communications & Graphic Design

Ellen Langley of Langley Communications is a writer, project manager and marketing communication specialist whose portfolio covers a wide range of industries and subjects. Her work ensures that organizations and their leaders are as sharp and charismatic on paper as they are in real life.

Terry Marks is principal of tmarksdesign, a multi-disciplinary creative firm in Seattle, WA. tmarks' clients include Weyerhaeuser, Microsoft, The Talaris Research Institute, The Seattle Sonics, The Seattle International Film Festival and DC Comics, among others. Terry is the winner of numerous design awards, judges design and advertising competitions throughout the United States, has taught at the professional and university levels, and has contributed to numerous books on design.

Selena Barlow has more than twenty years of experience in marketing for public transportation services. She works exclusively within the public transportation industry and has clients throughout the United States.
